Who we are
tractor-value.com is part of Luijk, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 82192170.
The same company runs tractorwaarde.nl, traktorpreis.de and valeurtracteur.fr. These terms apply to all four sites.
You can reach us at info@tractorwaarde.nl. We answer questions about a report or a payment within two working days.

What these terms cover
These terms cover visiting the site, creating an account, ordering a valuation report and taking out a subscription.
By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the paid services.
We may change these terms. For an order in progress, the version that applied when you ordered always stands.

What we deliver
The valuation report is a reasoned estimate of the market value of a machine type, based on asking prices and sales data from public European sources, together with the details you provide.
A report is not a legal or sworn valuation and not binding advice. It supports a buying or selling decision; that decision remains yours.
The value in the report is a range with a middle figure. What a machine actually fetches depends on condition, maintenance, paperwork, location and timing.
A report covers the machine type you select, with your year, hours, condition and equipment. We do not inspect any machine and we see no photographs.
Your input determines the outcome. A wrong hour reading or year gives a wrong outcome, which is not grounds for a refund.

Prices and payment
The price of a report is shown on the site and before you pay. Prices are in euros and include VAT for consumers.
Payment runs through Mollie, using iDEAL, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We store no payment details; Mollie handles those.
The report becomes available once payment is confirmed. For a type with little market data, drawing it up takes a few minutes; you will see a waiting screen and your link keeps working.
A subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled monthly from your account. Cancelling ends the next term; terms already paid are not refunded.

Right of withdrawal
Not happy, money back: if you are not satisfied with your report, email us within fourteen days of purchase and we refund the full amount.
A report is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By ordering you agree to immediate delivery and waive your fourteen day right of withdrawal, as far as the law allows.
If the report is unusable because of a mistake on our side, for example because it failed to complete or covers a different type than you selected, we will redo it or refund you. Contact us within fourteen days.
A subscription can be cancelled free of charge within fourteen days of the first payment, unless you have already opened reports or dossiers in that period.

Your account
You are responsible for your login details. Do not share your password and report any misuse as soon as possible.
One account is for one user. Dealers working with several staff should contact us for a suitable arrangement.
We may block an account in case of misuse, automated harvesting of the site, or resale of our data.

Using the data on the site
The texts, figures, compilations and reports on this site are ours. You may use them for your own buying and selling decisions and within your own business.
You may not publish, resell or automatically collect our data without our written permission.
A purchased report may be shared with your buyer, seller, insurer, bank or accountant. Wider distribution is not permitted.

Liability
We do our best to keep the data correct and current, but we work with public sources and cannot guarantee that every figure is right.
We are not liable for losses arising because you base a decision on a report or on a figure from this site.
Where liability does arise, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
These limits do not apply in case of intent or wilful recklessness on our part.

Availability
We aim for a site that is always up, but maintenance and failures at our host or at our sources can make it temporarily unavailable.
If a failure occurs while your report is being drawn up, your order stands: the link in your email keeps working and the report is completed afterwards.

Personal data
We process your email address, your name if you provide it, your order details and the details you enter for a report.
We use these to produce and deliver your report, administer your order and help you with questions. We do not sell your data.
You can see your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. Email us; we respond within thirty days.

Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please email us first. We would rather find a solution together than end up in court.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
